The General Assembly is at the halfway mark of the Legislative session. Micah explains the steps a bill must go through to become a law.

Micah discussed SB83 Senator Jean Leising (SD42) which is a parental rights related to school boards bill. HB1122 affects adult businesses. HB1190 is a campus free speech bill. HB1134 relates to Critical Race Theory and pornography in the classroom. HB1041 is about fairness for girls in sports.
