Wisconsin – Cyber Security Election Expert David Schroeder Disclosed Election Machines CAN BE HACKED

March 28, 2023, the Tommy G. Thompson Center on Public Leadership and the The Carter Center hosted a bipartisan public town hall to hear from election officials, election law experts, and cybersecurity experts on the safety and integrity of the Wisconsin elections process.

Dave Schroeder, a widely respected and highly credentialed cyber security election expert that Wisconsin voting machines CAN BE HACKED and that this could be considered an “act of war”.

This comes Years after direct and indirect denials by Wisconsin election administrators that machines can’t be hacked.

• Information Warfare Officer with the Navy for Cryptologic Warfare and Space Cadre.
