You Count Indiana interviewed Scott Schara of Wisconsin a few month ago. You may watch that interview here. His daughter, Grace, who had Down Syndrome died while hospitalized. Since her death, he has relentlessly researched what exactly happened while she was in the hospital. This new documentary, Breaking the Oath: Unauthorized, shares the story.
