Ivermectin in Indiana is a hot topic among Hoosiers. Indiana State Representatives John Jacob (HD93) and Curt Nisly (HD22) have introduced HB1372. This bill will protect doctors who prescribe Ivermectin and to make it more accessible. Check out Representative Jacob’s Facebook page to understand more about this bill. HB1372 is currently in the Public Policy committee. Indiana State Representative Brad Barrett (HD56) is head of the Committee. You may contact him at 317-234-2993 or 1-800-382-9841. His email is H56@in.gov.

Representative Nisly has a petition to support Indiana House Bill 1372. It would allow physicians to create a standing order so that Indiana pharmacists can dispense Ivermectin without requiring a prescription from the customer. This medication is “over the counter” in many parts of the world. House Bill 1372 removes red tape restrictions on health care, allowing Indiana’s medical professionals to treat patients freely and quickly. You may sign it here.
