Pastor Andrew Stroup Interview about his Experience at the Charlie Kirk Memorial
Andrew Stroup, Discipleship Pastor, First Baptist Church of Elkhart, joins us today to talk about his experiences at the Charlie Kirk memorial service, the visit to Turning Point USA headquarters in Glendale, Arizona, and about his role as discipleship pastor at his church. Pastor Stroup shares his connection to Charlie Kirk through podcasts, his favorite Charlie Kirk quote, and the impromptu trip to Arizona. For Pastor Stroup and his wife, Erin, it was a whirlwind trip. Pastor Stroup relates what it was like standing outside the stadium for hours, finally getting into the stadium, and the impactful worship music and speeches that lasted for hours. To finish, Pastor Stroup expounds on his role as a discipleship pastor for the church’s Life Groups and other church programs such as FBC kids and FBC students.
